A Rare George III Hallmarked Sterling Silver 2 Handled Sugar Bowl by Abstinando King. I have the Matching Cream Jug also listed with both shown together in the last photo. The Sugar Bowl is 6 1/4" in length (handle to handle) with a width to the body of 3 1/8" and a height to the handle of 3 1/8 with a weight of 5.8 oz or 164 grams. The Sugar Bowl sits on an engraved oval shaped base with the body of the Sugar Bowl having a slight bellied shape with the stepped upper body having bright cut Greek key engraving with 2 vacant laurel leafed cartouche's to either side with a double beaded rim and and 2 angular "C" shaped handles.The Sugar Bowl is free of any Initials or Monograms. The Sugar Bowl is in Excellent Condition. Lion Passant - Sterling Mark. Town Mark - Leopards Head Crowned - London.
